At Roots and Beyond, we follow a No Return and No Refund Policy for all orders. However, your satisfaction is our priority, and we offer exchange of the ordered product in the following genuine cases:

Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours from the delivery date confirmed by our courier partner.
A continuous unboxing video is mandatory for any exchange claim. The video must start with the sealed package and clearly capture the opening of the package and the condition of the product upon arrival.
Exchange requests submitted after 24 hours or without valid unboxing video evidence will not be accepted.
The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, along with all accessories and accompanying materials.
Once the returned product is received, inspected, and the claim is approved, an exchange will be arranged for the correct/replacement product, subject to availability.
No cash or monetary refunds will be provided under this policy.
