Refund, Return & Exchange Policy :
At Roots and Beyond, we follow a strict No Return and No Refund Policy for all orders. As our products are carefully selected, handcrafted, and packed specifically for each order, returns, cancellations, and refunds are not accepted.
However, we value your satisfaction and offer exchange only in the following genuine cases:

Exchange Eligibility:

Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. The 24-hour period starts from the delivery date confirmed by our courier partner.

A continuous, unedited unboxing video is mandatory for all claims involving a damaged, broken, or incorrect product.

The video must clearly show the package in its sealed condition, followed by the complete opening of the package and the condition of the product immediately upon arrival.

Exchange requests submitted after the 24-hour window or without valid unboxing video evidence will not be accepted.

The product must be kept in its original condition and packaging, including all accessories, tags, labels, and accompanying materials.

Products showing signs of use, alteration, damage after delivery, or missing original packaging may not qualify for exchange.
Exchange Process:
To request an exchange, please share the following within 24 hours of delivery:

Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Continuous unboxing video

A brief description of the issue

Our team will review the claim and, if approved, arrange for the eligible product to be picked up from your doorstep, where applicable.
Exchange & Replacement:
Once the product is received and inspected, an exchange will be processed if the claim is approved.

A replacement product of the same item will be provided, subject to availability.

If the exact product is unavailable, Roots and Beyond may offer an appropriate alternative or another resolution at its discretion.

No cash or monetary refund will be provided under this policy.

Exchange processing and dispatch timelines may vary depending on product availability and logistics.
Important Note for Damaged Products:
For products damaged or broken during transit, the continuous unboxing video is mandatory evidence for processing an exchange claim.
The video must begin before opening the sealed package and continue uninterrupted until the product has been completely unpacked.
Claims without a valid unboxing video or claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for exchange.
No Return, Refund or Cancellation:
Please note that Roots and Beyond does not accept product returns, provide refunds, or allow order cancellations after order confirmation.
We strongly recommend that customers carefully review the product details, dimensions, specifications, and other information before placing an order.
